The wild west was calling…and shortly before Thanksgiving, Sabato Sagaria left his role as Wine Director at The Inn at Little Washington to pursue the opportunity as Assistant Food and Beverage Director of The Little Nell in Aspen. He oversees multiple dining and lounge outlets for the 5-star, 5-diamond awarded property and his unique style is definitely evident in the Nell’s recently remodeled après ski locale, The Terrace Bar. After a recent visit to check out the food and beverage operation at the Nell and to check up on Sabato, I am excited to report that he has found a terrific spot and seems happier than ever. And no, Sabato has not permanently traded in his golf clubs for a snowboard, but he does have powder fever!
