Dear Sporting Club Members & Guests,


It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Suzanne Horst as our new Director of Real Estate at The Greenbrier Sporting Club, effective immediately.

Suzanne joined The Greenbrier Sporting Club in June 2000 serving as the Real Estate Office Administrator. During her tenure as office administrator, Suzanne also held a position as ARB Administrator for over three years. Later on Suzanne moved into the role of Director of Sales Administration for The Greenbrier Sporting Club, as well as other DPS Sporting Club communities, and continues to be the Broker in Charge, a position she’s held since 2005. In January 2008 Suzanne moved into the role of Sales Executive, and has been Director of Resales since last April.

It is evident that Suzanne is experienced in working in several areas at The Greenbrier Sporting Club. Her involvement and familiarity in and around the community as well as the resort is a great asset to the continued success of our luxury community.

“I feel fortunate to have been involved in so many aspects of The Greenbrier Sporting Club,” says Horst. “I have come to know many Members personally and look forward to working in this new role to oversee the continued success of a place we all love.”

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Suzanne has called West Virginia home since 1997. She and her husband Rudy have three sons, all of whom have grown up in the Greenbrier Valley. Rudy, as you may know, works as the Director of Grounds & Horticulture at The Greenbrier resort. Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family and you’ll often find her enjoying hikes throughout our extensive trail system on the grounds of the Sporting Club.

We are confident in Suzanne’s abilities and believe she is an excellent choice to lead The Greenbrier Sporting Club as it continues its commitment to create a sporting community where members can live a Life, Well Played.
