All publications have featured the article, “State’s Second Home Market in a Slump,” below.

The West Virginia State Journal raches approximately 9,124 readers, while The Charleston Daily Mail reaches approximately 7,000 readers. Note that The Greenbrier Sporting Club is mentioned in the latter half of the article stating that the “second-home market in West Virginia is doing much better than markets in other states and hasn’t been hit by the wave of home foreclosures”. DPS Sporting Club Development Vice President of Sales, Dave Purpora, is quoted in the article as well.

Purpora states that The Greenbrier Sporting Club “is a true Legacy property that has been impervious to the downturn in real estate that has been prevalent in areas that are over supplied. This legacy status, an active family/live experience approach to development and our Green Homes initiative have put us in an extremely optimistic position for the remainder of 2008 and into 2009.”
