On Friday, July 10, 2009 – The Greenbrier Sporting Club held a press conference whereby The Justice Family Group, LLC, led by Jim Justice, announced the purchase of all of DPS Sporting Club Development Company’s ownership and interest in The Greenbrier Sporting Club. The parties had reached a tentative agreement on June 2, 2009.
