We welcome back Joti “Joti” Gore for some innovative fitness classes that have Sports Enthusiasts in mind.
Throughout Memorial Day Weekend, Joti will hold several classes, including Meditative Sports Stretch, Sports Specific Training, and Band It classes.
Joti, creator of Meditative Sports Stretch, a method of stretching for athletes and people of all fitness levels, ailments, and ages will provide useful tools to apply to everyday life and your sport or hobby of choice. Meditative Sports Stretch is a class designed to facilitate flexibility, movement, stimulate muscle growth, and to be used as a therapeutic tool combining static, dynamic, and pnf assisted stretches with color and sound imagery to meet specific individual needs.
Sports Specific Training is visual tracking and hand eye coordination. Visual tracking focuses on balance and visual training using total proproiception – (how each body part relates to each other) – very useful for the golf swing and striking the ball.
Band It – A Resistance Band Work Out that you can do anywhere!

Saturday, May 23: 9:30-11am & 4-5:30pm
Sunday, May 24: 10:30-12pm & 4-5:30pm
Monday, May 25: 9:30-11am
