Learn how harmonious interior design can reduce stress, find out how to improve your body’s energy flow, or hear the connection between surfing and Green design. In Conversation with… is all about enriching your life and making new connections.

Join us to discover Our World of Sport Strength Training and Nutrition with Lee Zohlman and Matty Reed. Celebrate Valentine’s Day by keeping your heart healthy through exercise and eating well!
Spend a long weekend with the President of the Premier Sports training facility and a World Champion Tri-athlete/2008 Beijing Olympian, both fathers and husbands.
Learn how to run better, swim better, eat to optimize performance and train for outdoor pursuits at any level. From bonefishing to a full length triathlon, our experts will guide you in optimizing your abilities. The weekend will culminate in a family oriented Turks & Caicos Style Sprint Triathlon combining skills learned over the weekend with Quintessential Ambergris Cay activities including swimming, running, kayaking and fishing!

Join us to discover The History of Caribbean as seen through the Eyes of Pirates and Rum bottles: two defining Caribbean Cultural aspects with Charlie Ewen, Colin Woodard, Fred Smith and Patrick Costigan.

Join us to discover The History of Caribbean Jazz and Food: two defining Caribbean Cultural aspects with Wycliffe Gordon and Dion Parson.
Learn about the history of the Caribbean through the steelpan, bass, and ripsaw with experts having led Jazz seminars at Lincoln Center and played with the likes of Dizzy Gillespie and Wynton Marsalis.
A fun-filled weekend of booming beats and smooth treats all related back to their mother land, the Caribbean.
