It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Joshua M. Estes as our new Director of Sales at The Greenbrier Sporting Club, effective immediately.


Josh brings more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience to The Greenbrier Sporting Club. Before joining us in December 2007, Josh was Sales Manager with Canterra Interests, LLC of Texas. Prior to that, he spent seven years as a Real Estate Sales Executive in Port St. Lucie, Florida and was personally responsible for over $85 million in closed sales.


“I truly feel this is the best community on the East Coast of the United States, if not the country,” says Estes. “We have great momentum and I look forward to helping increase that momentum in 2008.”


A native of Florida, Josh has found West Virginia to be a great place to explore and experience one of the best-kept secrets in the country. The opportunity to be associated with The Greenbrier adds tremendous value to his journey. Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Amber and his three sons, as well as reading and traveling. Josh is also a former student athlete in football and basketball, and continues to enjoy sports in the form of golfing and boating.


We are confident in Josh’s abilities and believe he is an excellent choice to lead The Greenbrier Sporting Club as it continues its commitment to create a sporting community where members can live a Life, Well Played.
