Fortunately, over the last 4 months there has been approximately 1 family a week purchase in the community. Also, since the beginning of the year, there is an estimated $12 million in real estate that has been purchased. People are confident in this community because of the 230 years of history at The Greenbrier. In addition, over 50 different amenities are built and in place for members to enjoy!
