I’m proud to welcome you to the inaugural edition of our new member eMagazine, LifeAtTheGreenbrier.com.
This eMagazine features videos highlighting major updates and club life, detailed information on club sales and regular updates that affect the entire membership community. The Greenbrier Sporting Club eMagazine also connects you to the staff’s blog postings, so you can watch videos from the Outdoor Pursuits staff or read about new culinary creations at the Members Lodge or Summit Village.
I encourage you all to share this new eMagazine with your friends. It’s a great way to experience what life is like here in White Sulphur Springs. I also hope you’ll use the site to keep contributing meaningful feedback. Bob and I would like to know if , in this most difficult of realestate market, there have been any recent sales ?
Bob,
Thank you for your e-mail. Fortunately, over the last 4 months there has been approximately 1 family a week purchase in the community. Also, since the beginning of the year, there is an estimated $12 million in real estate that has been purchased. People are confident in this community because of the 230 years of history at The Greenbrier. In addition, over 50 different amenities are built and in place for members to enjoy!
