On October 4th, Sporting Club Members & Guests experienced a taste of Green living, from house to table, at the Green Mountainfilm Festival Weekend.

A special cuisine was artfully prepared and displayed by Chef de Cuisine, Stephen Gustard, as he introduced how to get the family back to the dinner table with homemade, locally-grown foods.

After dinner, everyone enjoyed an introduction to Green Homes at The Greenbrier, The Greenbrier Sporting Club’s newest neighborhood and eco-friendly homes. Attendees gathered inside the Summit Activities Barn to learn more about Green Homes from Dan Paquette, DPS’ Director of Development, and Campion Platt, DPS-Partnered Architect and Interior Designer, listed repeatedly in Architectural Digest’s Top 100 Designers and Architects.
Immediately following the Introduction to Green, Members & Guests sat back with hot cider, popcorn, s’mores and other goodies and enjoyed a selection of films from Telluride Mountainfilm on Tour presented by Sarah Holbrooke.
